To ensure the best application and long-lasting results, please come prepared with the following:
Arrive with clean, dry hair
- Wash your hair the night before your appointment.
- Make sure it is 100% dry when you arrive.
No styling products
- Avoid using oils, serums, leave-ins, mousse, gel, or hairspray.
- Hair must be free of all product buildup so the extensions can attach properly.
No oil treatments
Do not use any oil masks or heavy conditioners at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Wear your hair naturally
Please come with your hair straightened if you have straight extensions or in its natural curly/dry state if you have curly extensions.
Planning to Color Your Hair First?
- If you plan to color your hair before your extension appointment, schedule it at least 72 hours beforehand.
- This allows the hair cuticle to fully close, ensuring better extension retention and preventing slipping or uneven attachment.
